Lauren grew up in Ozark, where she graduated as Valedictorian of her high school class. Originally a biology major with dreams of becoming a zookeeper, she discovered a love for numbers after taking on bookkeeping duties at a local architecture firm. While working full-time, Lauren put herself through college and earned a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from Missouri State University.

Before even graduating, she launched her own successful business providing full-service, customized bookkeeping solutions for small businesses across a variety of industries. In 2016, after running her company for five years, Lauren joined Küat Racks, where she eventually became the company’s first Financial Controller. She brought her experience and passion for financial management to the ACO team in 2023.

Outside of work, Lauren enjoys spending time with her husband, Daniel, working out at OrangeTheory Fitness, and tackling home improvement projects. A lifelong animal lover, her first job was as a dog groomer’s assistant, and she continues to volunteer as a docent at Dickerson Park Zoo. Over the years, she has fostered countless dogs and currently shares her home with two pups—Primrose, a Shih Tzu/Chihuahua mix, and Lorelei, a Black and Tan Hound—as well as a cat named Dudley.
